In a recent press conference, Robert Pattinson told reporters that the priest for the Breaking Dawn wedding scene may have done more than just marry last years June Mougar of the Month Edward Cullen and his fragile human love Bella Swan.
“The wedding scene’s funny because we used a real priest. So technically we are already married because he did all the things you would do in a normal ceremony,” Pattinson joked. “So we don’t have a civil union in law, but I guess in the church we are actually married.”
Coming right off of Kristen Stewart’s accidental slip up that the two were secretly dating, this is quite a shock for many of their fans.
At the same press conference in Sweden, Rob was open about what it was like to shoot the sex scenes in the newest addition to the Twilight Saga.
“The sex scenes were difficult. The set was crazy and you have about 20 people in the room and someone saying things like ‘No, Bella would not have made that noise. Can we do it again?'”
“It was very charged, but a very tender and sentimental scene. It’s not a scene from the book, so everyone was nervous about doing it right,” he says. “A ton of other people were nervous. And, Kristen and I were both worried about the shape of our bodies would look on camera. We felt vulnerable.”
RPattz added that he enjoys how Kristen Stewart’s character, Bella, “is the one who initiates the sex. It’s a different movie and I like that it’s not so predictable. Bella is already pushing for it in the movie and it’s Edward that seems scared.”
“I’ve never been able to relate to that fear of sex or sexuality. It’s funny that all three movies portray sex as something scary and then, when they have sex in the fourth movie, they have a child with really rather devastating consequences,” he says. “I’m not sure what they are trying to say…never have sex with anyone ever?”
According to recent interviews with Kristen Stewart, the original cut of the infamous sex scenes in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part One were a little too risque for their intended PG-13 ratings.
“It was very surreal. We (originally) got rated R. They re-cut it.” Stewart said.
So what do you think Celebstalkers? Even though it’s clear Robert Pattinson was joking about him and Kristen Stewart tying the knot, are you still excited to see the newest addition to the Twilight franchise? If you’re super stoked to see the pillow-ripping, bed crashing fun that Breaking Dawn 1 has in store, it opens in theaters nationwide on November 18, 2011 and stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner.
Twilight Saga star Kristen Stewart was reportedly injured onset while filming her most recent project, Snow White and the Huntsmen. A rep from Universal told Access Hollywood that production wouldn’t be affected due to the actresses minor injury.
While no details have been given regarding the type of injury KStew endured, filming is due to be back on schedule starting on Friday according to her costar, Max Manganello.
“It’s a wrap for today. Kristen has hurt herself…nothing scary. We shoot on Friday,” Max tweeted.
Snow White and the Huntsmen also stars Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth and opens in theaters June 1, 2012.
Can’t wait that long to see Kristen grace the screen? See her in the latest installment of the Twilight Saga where she reprises her role as Bella Swan alongside Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part One hits theaters November 18th.
It seems October is shaping up to be the month for celebrity weddings. Twilight Saga star Nikki Reed and fiance American Idol alumni Paul McDonald tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Malibu, California on Sunday. In front of 100 of the couples closest family and friends, the pair took the plunge at a private ranch. Nikki’s maid of honor was Spy Kids star Alexa Vega.
Nikki and Paul were dating only seven weeks when rumors started flying that the pair were engaged. When asked about the diamond engagement ring she was spotted wearing at this past summer’s MTV Movie Awards, Nikki said “I love him and I don’t care,” obviously referring to the fact that they’d gotten engaged so quickly.
As for their nuptials, McDonald told US that he and Nikki “couldn’t be happier…surrounded by our family and friends, we’re so happy this day has come.”
While further details of the private ceremony haven’t yet been released, you can see Nikki Reed reprise her role as Rosalie Hale in the fourth installment of the Twilight Saga. She’ll star alongside Robert Pattinson (last years June Mougar of the Month), Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Jackson Rathbone in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part One which will premiere in theaters November 18, 2011.
So what do you think of the two tying the knot, Celebstalkers? Leave your comment and become immortalized forever!
So it’s official, Twi-stalkers. Nine year old Mackenzie Foy has been cast for the role of Renesmee in the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. (***Spoiler Alert! If you are one of the 7 people left who have not yet read Breaking Dawn, then you may want to stop reading now!!**)
Perhaps the most anticipated cast member to be chosen since her characters parents, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and June’s mega-mougar of the month, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson), Mackenzie Foy has been creating a lot of buzz already throughout Hollywood as rumors began flying that she was a potential candidate for the role of Renesmee Cullen. Twilight Saga author Stephenie Meyer confirmed the studios choice on Facebook Wednesday night.
“Very excited about our new Renesmee, Mackenzie Foy,” Meyer wrote. “She’s an amazing young actress and I’m excited to work with her.”
So how will they pull it off? With a baby who ages rapidly through the book, it may be tricky. According to recent reports, Bill Condon, the director for the last two installments of the Twilight Saga, is expected to use the same special effects that were used to de-age Brad Pitt’s character in the movie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
It has also been reported that the studio is considering using younger actresses for the earlier parts of the role.
Recently the studios announced that they had cast Lost’s Maggie Grace to play the role of Irina from the Denali clan, joining MyAnna Buring (as Tanya) Casey LaBow (as Kate), Mia Maestro (as Carmen) and Christian Camargo (as Eleazar).
So it sounds like the studios have been busy, which is great because shooting for the first half of the final installment starts next month in Louisiana.
You can expect to see all of the new additions, along with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner and the rest of the returning cast members November 18, 2001 and November 16, 2012 for the last two movies in the series.
So how do our Celebstalkers feel about the new additions? Are you excited about the choices they have made? Do you plan to see the last two movies in the Twilight Saga?
“Oh my God, definitely,” Kristen Stewart, who plays Bella Swan in the series, said. “I feel like everything in our movie-the reason people love it so much-is because it’s everything that we experience. It’s like put on this…I don’t want to say idealogical…It’s just put on this level that it is fantasy love. You feel like when you’re ion love it’s fake almost. I feel like that’s how everyone feels.”
When asked, Robert Pattinson added that he has no clue if holding out for something great is in touch with teens today, but it is what he’s used to.
“I don’t know, I didn’t really go to a normal high school,” he added. “I went to a very romantic high school.”
Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen, and Kellan Lutz, who plays Emmett Cullen, in the hit films both agreed with Kristen about Stephenie Meyer’s mega fan base.
“I think it’s really nice that both Bella and Edward have found the complete package in each other and they are still willing to wait for each other.” Ashley said.
“You know, I think it’s coming back,” Kellan added. “I have a sister who is here, Brittany Lutz, and it’s really cool that she’s reading these books, and her friends are reading these books. The world has gone pretty corrupt.”
Kellan went on to say, “In reading these books, my sisters really stay true to themselves and their feelings and don’t just go off of lust, but love, and holding out. It’s really cool.”

YES MA’AM! Edward Cullen is our June Mougar of the Month! Who else? Sure, he may look a little young to be a mougar, but don’t let his heart wrenchingly, drop-dead gorgeous, youthful looks fool you. Dude is 109 and never-changing but still manages to get hotter every freaking year! Perhaps the perfect man, except for that pesky bloodlust, he is gorgeous, rich, protective, gorgeous, well dressed, perfectly mannered, gorgeous, considerate, well read, gorgeous, musically inclined, intelligent, gorgeous, strong, a wonderful dancer, did we mention how incredibly freaking gorgeous he is?! Yikes! This guy will take on a legion of blood thirsty vampires in your honor and then sing you to sleep…what more do you freaking need?! Not much, but Edward leaves us thirsty for more…
Mini Bio: Edward Cullen was born in Chicago in 1901. In 1918, while dying of the Spanish influenza, he was under the care of Dr. Carlisle Cullen who saw that Edward’s future looked bleak, especially since his parents had both died from the illness. Carlisle made the decision to “change” Edward to save his life. Years later, while living with the rest of his family in Forks, Washington, Edward meets Isabella (Bella) Swan and falls in love with her after she discovers that he is a vampire. Bella can’t seem to stay out of trouble and Edward swoops in and saves her every time, proving that chivalry is undead!
Why We Love Him (And Why You Should, Too!): Not only is this guy incredibly, heartbreakingly, slam- your-face-against-a-wall-and-yell-to-the-Heaven’s” WWWWHHHHYYYY?!” gorgeous, he REALLY is just about as close to perfect as you can get. He constantly dazzles us with his every move and we never get tired of him. It doesn’t hurt, either, that his character is played by one of the sexiest men alive, Robert Pattinson. With lines like “If I could dream at all, it would be about you.” and “Before you, my life was like a moonless night.” he is much more than swoon worthy. His story is that of a gothic romance novel and even though you know deep down that the story isn’t real, he makes you think it could be.
Mougability: Ever been in a spot with your mate where you said to yourself “Gosh! If only he could read my mind!” ? That’s right. Perfection! He can read minds, he has super strength, he has super speed, he is like the hottest super hero you could ever meet! Want to see more of him? Who doesn’t? You can see him on June 30th in theaters nationwide where he will be back in the newest film from the Twilight Saga: Eclipse! In this, the third installment, we see Edward and his family fight against an army of newborn vampires to save Bella. We’ve missed you Edward! You don’t know how it’s tortured us.
